Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving any reason in written form (e.g., letter, fax, email) or – if the goods are delivered before the deadline – by returning the goods. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this information in written form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our duty to inform. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in time.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties must return any goods or payments received, and any benefits derived (e.g., interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return the goods or services received, or can only return them in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us accordingly. Shipping fees or other charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
